- Cable car service runs between 8am and 2:30pm from Monday to Thursday, extends to 3:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and concludes at 2:30pm on Sundays.
- Peak Rail (Fansipan Funicular) is available from 8:30am to 3pm during weekdays, until 4pm on Friday, and operates between 8am and 4pm over the weekend.
- Children need a household registration book or birth certificate for verification at both the ticket office and control gate.
- To access the kids' buffet, children must be between 1m and 1.4m in height.
- The buffet is situated at Van Sam Restaurant on the M floor and second floor of Hoang Lien station's departure area.
