Terms and Conditions of Admission to "Manfun Paradise"• Manfon Paradise is committed to providing guests with a safe, fun, and memorable experience. By entering Manfon Paradise, guests agree to: - Comply with and be bound by the Terms of Entry - Comply with the rules of use of the relevant "Manfun Paradise" facilities/attractions, including all safety requirements identified by signs or issued by staff - You are solely responsible for complying with all usage rules of "ManFun Paradise" and will bear full responsibility for any adverse events caused by failure to comply with the usage rules of the relevant "ManFun Paradise" facilities/attractions.• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times. The adult is fully responsible for the child's care and behavior while at Manfun Park. For safety reasons, every child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when entering and leaving the park.• For the safety of guests, some facilities/attractions within "Man Fun Land" have age, height and/or weight restrictions. Guests are responsible for complying with these requirements. Studio City reserves the right to amend these requirements without prior notice.• The rules of use for each attraction in "Manfun Paradise" are set out next to the attraction.• For safety reasons, children are advised to wear long-sleeved shirts and full-length pants• All guests must wear shoes and socks except in designated areas where shoes must be removed.• There are inherent risks in using the facilities/attractions at "Manfun Paradise", including the risk of injury or death. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks that an average person would be aware of and must always exercise sound judgment and consideration for themselves and others.• Guests must refrain from using the facilities/attractions at Manfon Park if their physical condition affects their safety or affects their use of the facilities/attractions at Manfon Park.• Guests must refrain from any behavior that may affect their own safety or the safety of others and must comply with all safety requirements and instructions given by Studio City.• Guests must immediately notify Studio City of any incidents or unusual circumstances occurring within the Parkland, including any adverse events that occur while the guest is using the Parkland’s facilities/attractions.• Guests are fully responsible for any injuries or health problems that occur while at Manfun Paradise, or for any direct or indirect consequences of using Manfun Paradise’s facilities/attractions, including any physical conditions that the guest is unaware of and already has.• The guest shall assume full responsibility for and irrevocably waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Studio City and any of its affiliates/related companies, and any successors or assigns, and their respective officers, members, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns from and against any claims, losses, damages, expenses, injuries (including death) or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with the guest’s visit to “Moonland”, including any failure by the guest to comply with the rules of use, safety requirements, age, height and/or weight restrictions of the facilities/attractions at “Moonland”, instructions provided by Studio City, any violation of the Terms of Admission and/or failure to follow safety-related instructions.• Studio City reserves the right to deny entry to and expel any person who engages in inappropriate or inappropriate behavior, including any behavior that may adversely affect the safety, hygiene, and health of the resort, or threaten the safety or enjoyment of other guests. In such circumstances, Studio City will not provide any refund or compensation, including no extension or refund for purchased tickets.• Guests assume full risk and responsibility for all personal belongings and agree to release and indemnify Studio City from any and all liability for any damage or loss to property or items arising from the use of the facilities, attractions and/or services of "The Grand" Resort.• Guests shall pay or compensate Studio City for any damage caused to any of the facilities/attractions of "The Land of Fun"; if the damage cannot be repaired, the guests shall indemnify Studio City and its affiliates/related companies for the losses.• For security reasons, guests may be asked to open their bags, luggage and/or belongings before entering the park.• Prohibited items, firearms, weapons, glassware, sharp objects, and items that may affect guests' safety are not allowed in "Manfun Paradise"• No outside food or beverages are allowed in Manfon Paradise, except for guests with special dietary needs or food or beverages for infants and young children.• If you have mobility issues, please contact Studio City staff for assistance• Smoking is not allowed in the "Manfun Paradise" area• Studio City may change the operating mode of "Moonland" without prior notice, including business hours and ticket prices, as deemed appropriate by Studio City. Studio City also reserves the right to suspend the operation of "Moonland", close "Moonland" and/or restrict the number of visitors due to the carrying capacity of "Moonland", special events, safety, order, maintenance or business reasons, or when Studio City deems it necessary. In such circumstances, Studio City will not provide any refund or compensation, including no extension or refund of purchased tickets.• If the registered guardian/parent fails to pick up the child during the operating hours of "Man Fun Paradise", a childcare fee of MOP$500 per hour will be charged per child.• In the event of an emergency, Studio City will initiate evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of guests• Photos, videos and/or audio recordings taken by guests in the "Manfun Land" area may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Studio City. Photography or videotaping of guests without their consent is strictly prohibited.• Studio City reserves the right to film, photograph and/or record (audio and visual) guests within the "Place of Fun" area for the purpose of providing services, ensuring the quality of such services, ensuring safety and security, managing the operation of its properties and facilities, providing benefits and incentives, general marketing and promotional activities or events, safeguarding its legitimate interests and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Guests consent to Studio City processing their personal data for such purposes without compensation and to the transfer of such personal data to any affiliates/related companies of Studio City within and outside Macau. For questions regarding their personal data, including the right of access and correction of inaccurate data, guests should contact (853) 8865 6767• All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms of Admission, shall be subject to the final decision of Studio City.• Studio City reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Macau. Guests agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
