- In November through February, the castle closes its walls and towers by 5:30pm.
- The castle is closed on January 1st, May 1st, December 24th, and 25th.
- An Android (version 5.0 or later) or iOS (version 15.0 or later) smartphone is necessary; the audio tour isn't compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 6/6 Plus or older, iPod Touch 6th generation or earlier, iPad 4th generation or before, iPad Air 1st gen., or iPad Mini 3rd generation and below.
