What to bring

• Be sure to bring cash to pay the Blue Cave entry fees, as card payments are usually not accepted.

• If you plan to swim or snorkel, bring swimwear and water shoes for comfort and safety.

• Pack sunscreen, a hat, and water to stay hydrated and protected from the sun.

• Carry a light jacket, as it can get windy during the tour.

What's not allowed

• Swimming inside the Blue Cave is strictly prohibited, but you can swim in nearby locations such as Stiniva Bay and the Blue Lagoon in Budikovac.

• Flash photography is not allowed inside the cave as it can disturb the marine life.

Accessibility

• The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility issues.

• It is also not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, or children under 5 years of age.

Additional information

• Departure is at 8am from Split's Riva promenade—arrive by 7:45am for check-in. You can meet the staff in front of Diocletian’s Palace (Brass Gate), at Booking Stand 16 on the Riva, or get picked up from Maruliceva 4.

• Blue Cave entry fees vary seasonally from €12 to €24 and must be paid in cash on site.

• The cave’s vibrant blue light is strongest around midday, so plan to set out early for the best viewing experience.

• The tours depend on calm sea conditions; if adverse weather leads to cancellations or delays, a full refund will be provided.

• The tour includes boat transfers to and from the cave, so if you are prone to seasickness, take necessary precautions, as the ride can be bumpy.

• Always follow the guides’ instructions carefully to protect the fragile ecosystem inside the cave and ensure your safety.
