What to bring

• Present your mobile ticket at the counter and exchange it for a physical ticket.

What’s not allowed

• Children below 80cm cannot access VR Experience Hall or Rail Cinema.

• Rail Cinema: not allowed for children below 100cm or under 2 years old.

• VR Experience Hall: not allowed for children below 120cm or under 8 years old.

• Child ticket holders must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Accessibility

• Visitors with a valid disability card can enter free of charge (valid disability card must be presented).

• Please note that specific accessibility features (such as wheelchair access) are not detailed; contact the venue in advance for further information.

Additional information

• Tickets are valid only on the selected date and must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the venue.

• Operating hours are daily from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.

• Visitors aged 18 years and above, or with a height of 140 cm and above, must purchase an adult ticket.

• Children under 140 cm require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

• Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are eligible to purchase tickets at the child rate (valid ID required).

• Children under 80 cm may enter the Main Hall free of charge but cannot access the VR Experience Hall or Rail Cinema.

• Free cancellation is available if canceled at least 1 day before the visit date; cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Prices are inclusive of 7% VAT.

• The experience features over 20 interactive zones and immersive art installations.
