    • Loose belongings like phones, cameras, and Go-Pros are not permitted. Free lockers will be provided to store these items safely during your visit.

    The climb is restricted for children under the age of 12 and guests weighing over 136kg.

    Accessibility requirements

    • A doctor-signed medical clearance form is mandatory for pregnant individuals up to 20 weeks (21+ weeks not permitted), those aged 75 or older, or anyone with heart/cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, back/limb/joint injuries, visual or learning impairments, epilepsy, sleep disorders, kidney problems, neurological conditions, acute gastrointestinal concerns, or any health condition that might impede climbing independently.
    • Guests with life-threatening allergies must present a doctor-signed action plan and an EpiPen at check-in; failure to do so will result in being barred from the climb. The Climb Leader carries the EpiPen during the ascent.

    Diabetic guests need to monitor their blood glucose levels within 15 minutes before climbing, ensuring readings are between 6 and 15 mmol/dL. While test kits are available at check-in, bringing your own is advised. A glucose supplement can be carried by the Climb Leader if needed.
