Getting started
Your ticket includes a 90-minute guided climb and entry to the SkyPoint Observation Deck. Arrive 15–30 minutes early to check in, get fitted with your climb harness and gear, and meet your expert Climb Leader.

What to bring
- Bring a valid ID for the experience.
What's not allowed

Loose items such as phones, cameras, and Go-Pros are not allowed on the experience. Guests will be provided free lockers to store their belongings in.

Children under 12 and guests above 136kg are not allowed to participate in this experience.
Accessibility

Guests will need a doctor-signed medical clearance form if they’re pregnant up to 20 weeks (21+ weeks not permitted), aged 75 or over, or have any heart or cardiovascular condition (including blood pressure), respiratory condition, back, limb or joint injury, visual or learning impairment, epilepsy, sleep, kidney, neurological, or acute gastrointestinal condition, or any other health issue that could affect your ability to complete the climb independently.

Guests with a life-threatening or debilitating allergy must bring a doctor-signed action plan and an EpiPen. Both must be provided at check-in; otherwise, guests will not be permitted to climb. The EpiPen will be carried by the Climb Leader during the climb.

Guests with diabetes must check their blood glucose level within 15 minutes of the climb. Readings must be between 6 and 15 mmol/dL. Test kits are available at check-in, but guests are encouraged to bring their own. Guests may also bring a glucose supplement, which the Climb Leader will hold until needed.

At check-in for the climb, guests must record a blood alcohol level below 0.05%. They’ll also be required to sign a declaration confirming this.

Children aged 12–15 years and over 130 cm tall may climb when accompanied by a full-paying adult (18+), with a maximum of two children per supervising adult.

Guests wearing spectacles or sunglasses will be provided a special lanyard to ensure your glasses remain attached to you at all times.
