What's not allowed
Skyline Luge
- If children are under 6 years old or shorter than 110cm, they cannot ride the Luge alone.
Riding the Skyride solo is restricted for those below 135cm in height. The minimum height to accompany an adult on this ride is 85cm.
Singapore Cable Car
- Flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are prohibited from being brought along for the cable car experience. Please pack accordingly!
No smoking is allowed inside the cable car.

- Pregnant women should consider visiting after giving birth, as this attraction may not be suitable for them.
If you have a medical condition that increases your risk of injury, it's advised to avoid the Skyride and Luge rides.
Singapore Cable Car
- This experience accommodates wheelchairs and pram/strollers.
Wheelchair users can disembark at any station where lifts are available for easy access.

Skyline Luge
- Children not meeting the height requirements may ride with an adult by purchasing a Child Doubling ticket on-site ($12 per ticket for unlimited rides).
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that cover your toes.
- To ensure safety, children under 8 years old should stick to the Jungle (Red) Track. Signs will guide you to choose the right track.
- Tickets bought online can be redeemed at Skyline Luge Singapore only after 24 hours from purchase with a grace period of 30 minutes for redemptions. Any delays beyond this are managed by Skyline Luge's discretion.
- Lockers available for rent on-site.

Singapore Cable Car
- Each cable car cabin can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Holders of the Cable Car Sky Pass, Mount Faber Line, and Faber Licence tickets have the option to upgrade one-way on their round trip to a SkyOrb Cabin for $15 at Mount Faber counters or online. This is an optional upgrade.
