- The Experience is unsuitable for pregnant women, guests with injuries or medical conditions needing immediate attention, those under substance influence affecting judgment, and individuals unable to complete required mental/physical tasks due to disorders.
Additional Information
- Carrying a passport or Emirates ID is mandatory.
- Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled visit.
- Inform Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including physical limitations or medical issues such as neck/back weakness, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
- Inclement weather affecting visibility is not the responsibility of the Experience providers.
- The Edge Walk Experience may be canceled or rescheduled without notice due to extreme weather conditions.
- Entry timings and/or ticket prices can change, vary, or amend at any time with no prior notification.
- Guests aged 12 and under or over 65, weighing less than 30kg or more than 120kg, shorter than 135cm or taller than 200cm are restricted from participating in the Experience.
- Guests between ages 13-18 must have parental consent provided on-site.
- A strict dress code is enforced: wear modest and comfortable clothing with closed-toed shoes. Skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops, or loose footwear are not permitted.
- The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets; it costs AED 25 per ride at the attraction's counter on level 53. Tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, will still include this feature.
