Please inform Sky Views staff if you have any disability—intellectual or physical—that might hinder your ability to complete tasks during the Experience. It is important to note that this experience does not accommodate pregnant women, individuals with injuries requiring immediate medical attention, those under the influence of narcotics or other substances impairing judgment, and guests with disorders preventing them from completing required tasks.

You are required to carry a passport or Emirates ID. Arriving at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled visit is mandatory. Inform Sky Views staff about any pre-existing health conditions such as neck weakness, back issues, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.

Sky Views disclaims responsibility for visibility affected by inclement weather. The Edge Walk Experience may be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather without prior notice. Entry timings and ticket prices can change at any time without liability. Access is restricted based on age: guests under 12 years old, over 65, weighing less than 30kg or more than 120kg, shorter than 135cm or taller than 200cm are not permitted.

Guests aged 13 to 18 must have their parent/s' consent in person. A strict dress code is enforced: wear modest and comfortable clothing with closed-toed shoes; skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops, or loose footwear are prohibited.

The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets and will be charged at AED 25 per ride at the attraction's counter on level 53. Tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, still include this feature.
