What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

• Have your smartphone with your digital ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue for security reasons.

• Drones are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

• This experience is not suited for visitors with limited mobility and visibility.

• Pregnant women will not be allowed to enter the installation.

• This experience isn't suited for visitors with vertigo, anaemia, motion sickness, claustrophobia, diabetes, epilepsy, and issues with their heart or respiratory system.

Additional information

• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Before you enter, you must stow away your personal belongings in the lockers provided.

• The venue holds the sole discretion to check your belongings at the entrance via a metal detector.

• Mobile phones must always be carried in the holders provided by the staff at the entrance.

• The Cloud Cities Barcelona installation is restricted to children below the age of 8 for safety reasons.

• You must not lean over the edge of the installation; always follow the marked path.

• Visitors who show signs of drunkenness will not be allowed to enter the installation.
