This experience is designed with safety in mind; therefore, it's restricted for guests under 2 years old. The slopes cater specifically to skiers and snowboarders at skill level 2 or higher. Mobiles and cameras are prohibited within the penguin encounter area. Pregnant women and individuals with medical conditions like high blood pressure or back injuries cannot ride the Snow Bullet. To be eligible for a ride on the Snow Bullet, children must exceed an age of 8 years old, stand at least 120cm tall, and weigh over 30kg. Adults exceeding 120kg are also not permitted to use the Snow Bullet.Additional information
The penguin encounter is designed as a shared experience with up to 12 other guests participating simultaneously. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 16 years or older, and those younger than 13 are required to wear helmets.
