What’s not allowed
- Safety is paramount; this experience isn't suitable for guests under 2 years old.
- The slopes cater to skiers and snowboarders with a skill level of intermediate or above (level 2).
- Mobiles and cameras are prohibited in the penguin encounter area.
- Pregnant women, as well as those with high blood pressure or back injuries, cannot ride the Snow Bullet.
- To be eligible for the Snow Bullet, children must be at least 8 years old, over 120cm tall, and weigh more than 30kg.
Guests weighing 120kg or above are not allowed on the Snow Bullet.

- The penguin encounter accommodates up to 12 guests at a time for an interactive experience.
- Guests under 14 years must be accompanied by adults aged 16 or older.
Helmets are mandatory for anyone under the age of 13.
