• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum and palace areas.

• There is no luggage storage available for bags, extra clothing, or personal items.

• This activity is not suitable for individuals with disabilities.

• The Sisi Museum features narrow, crowded, and loud corridors that may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Additional information

• Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time; latecomers will not be admitted or refunded.

• Tours are conducted in one language only, as selected during booking.

• Headsets are provided for clear listening when the group size reaches 18 or more participants (maximum group size: 25).

• The Sisi Museum will undergo renovations in 2025, and access to certain rooms and exhibitions may be restricted.

• Free entry to the Hofburg courtyards, Heldenplatz, and Burggarten is included.

• The gardens are not green or lit in winter; for the best experience, book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer, or autumn.

• In case of bad weather (e.g., snow), an alternative route will be offered for guest safety.

• From November 8 to December 31, the tour may include a visit to a local Christmas Market instead of the gardens.

• Children aged 0–6 join for free; children aged 6–18 receive a reduced price (where applicable).

• No hotel pickup or drop-off is included.

• Gratuities, personal expenses, and additional activities outside the main tour are not included.
