What to bring
- Wear light clothes and comfy shoes, along with sunscreen, a cap, mosquito repellent, and either a poncho or umbrella.
- A reusable water bottle is recommended; refill stations are available on-site.
- To avoid crowds, consider arriving early in the morning on weekdays or visiting later in the afternoon.
Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled activity to secure a good seat quickly, especially for Splash Safari.
What's not allowed
- Avoid entering prohibited areas within the zoo for safety reasons.
- Fed or teased animals are off-limits; respect all wildlife in their habitats.
- Maintain your seat throughout tram rides to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
- Photography is allowed, but flash photography should be avoided to prevent disturbing the animals.
- No smoking inside the zoo premises. Designated smoking areas are available outside the entrance.
- Pets and plants cannot enter the zoo with you.
Skate scooters, inline skates, rollerblades, tricycles, and pull trolleys are prohibited within the venue.
