Seamless activation & validity

• The duration and validity of the pass are based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system.

• 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for the same day. This is typically around midnight.

• Usage of the multi-day cards must be on consecutive days.

• The pass does not include rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other niche bus services.

• Prices apply to adults and children above 0.9m in height.

• The Singapore Tourist Pass is non-returnable and non-refundable.

• When your pass expires, it reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card, which you can choose to top-up later.

• You can redeem e-pass or purchase the pass on-site from automated kiosks at train stations, specific Cheers and Prosegur Change Money Changer outlets, and SimplyGo ticket offices.
