Upon arrival, you'll be required to wear a jacket and boots for entry into the snow chamber. For those unaccustomed to cold temperatures, gloves are available for rent. The Snow City features four distinct zones: start with the Artic Snow Playground to explore Inuit culture before venturing through other areas like the expansive snowfield or thrilling snow slide.

- Snow City prohibits food and beverages inside the Snow chamber.
- The venue advises against visits from individuals with medical conditions that could worsen due to the experience.
- Ice Bumper Cars are not available for guests under 0.9 meters tall.
- Children between 0.9 and 1.2 meters must be accompanied by a paying adult in the same car.
Cars have a maximum capacity of two passengers with a combined weight limit of 200 kilograms.
