Starting Your Journey
The adventure begins at the main entrance of Singapore Oceanarium, where welcoming staff are ready to help validate your tickets for a hassle-free entry. Upon arrival, you’ll receive guidance on today's activities and be directed towards either selected programmes or exhibits.
Your Experience Highlights
- Singapore Oceanarium Access: Gain full access to the Oceanarium’s 22 engaging themed zones filled with diverse marine exhibits. Engage with fascinating displays that showcase marine biodiversity, conservation efforts, and interactive experiences at their best.
- Dolphin Moments (Optional Selection):
- Explore dolphins from the safety of dry land during a Dolphin Exploration, lasting for 30 minutes. Enjoy an educational encounter by the poolside.
- For a more hands-on experience, join a Dolphin Immersion session that lasts 60 minutes, allowing you to touch and interact with dolphins in water under expert supervision.
- In the special lagoon setting of a Dolphin Connection, spend another 60-minute adventure swimming or snorkeling alongside these intelligent creatures.
- Opt for the Dolphin Observer Experience to watch your loved ones engage with dolphins from a reserved viewing area. Ideal if you prefer observing rather than participating directly.

Packing Essentials
- For Dolphin Connection & Immersion, proper swimwear and footwear are necessary; wetsuits will be provided. During Dolphin Exploration, ensure you have appropriate footwear at the Marine Mammal Habitat.
Bring personal toiletries along with a towel for post-shower use.
Prohibited Items
- No outside food or drinks are allowed, except infant formula.
- Motorized and wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys aren't permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) may be allowed with conditions.
- Entry is denied to guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, or any headgear that fully covers the face.
- Photography without flash and video recording are permissible within Singapore Oceanarium but not in the Marine Mammal Habitat.
Bags will be inspected upon entry.
Accessibility Details
- All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium accommodate wheelchairs.
- Certain support zones are inaccessible to wheelchairs due to stairs and lack of ramps; access may be limited for those with mobility needs.
- To ensure guest safety, crutches, strollers, and electric devices aren't allowed in these areas.
Dolphin Immersion & Exploration programs cater to non-swimmers as well.
Additional Information
- The minimum age for Dolphin Connection is 13 years; the program must be on or after their birthday.
- Dolphin Immersion requires participants to be at least 4 years old and a height of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 need an accompanying adult (over 21) in water, with up to three children per one supervising adult allowed.
- For Dolphin Exploration, those under 13 must have an adult companion (above 21), maintaining the same ratio for supervision as above.
- Dolphin Observer is reserved only for guests accompanying participants of other programs; without these tickets, entry to observe will be denied.
- Participants below 18 need a parent/legal guardian present onsite to sign and complete the Release and Indemnity Form.
- If entering from Singapore Oceanarium, arrive at least 60 minutes before Dolphin Exploration starts and reach Marine Mammal Habitat entrance no later than 30 minutes prior.
For same-day re-entry, a hand stamp and ticket are required.
