What to bring

You'll need covered footwear and must secure all loose items before accessing support areas.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except for infant formula. Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys aren't permitted. However, Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) may be allowed under certain terms and conditions.
• Full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that conceals the entire face will prevent admission to guests.
• Photography without flash is permissible inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not within the Marine Mammal Habitat. Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

• All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.
• Some support areas aren't accessible by wheelchairs due to stairs and lack of ramps; access may be restricted for those with mobility needs. For safety, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices aren’t allowed in these areas.

Additional information

• Youths under 18 must have a paying parent or legal guardian accompany them at all times; the ratio is one adult to three children. The tour welcomes participants aged four and above, with exceptions for younger children who can walk independently in support areas.
• All guests are required to follow their guides during behind-the-scenes tours on an established itinerary.
• Proper attire must be worn throughout your visit. A hand stamp and ticket are necessary for same-day re-entry.
• Complimentary refreshments start the Ocean in Focus programme, with dietary restrictions needing prior notification to staff members.
