What to bring

Ensure your footwear covers your feet and that loose items are secured when accessing support areas.

What’s not allowed

• Pets, food, and beverages from outside sources aren't permitted inside the Oceanarium except for infant formula.
• The use of motorized or wheeled equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys is prohibited. However, Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed under certain conditions.
• Entry will be denied to guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, face painting covering the entire face, or headgear that obscures their faces entirely.
• You may take photos and videos without flash inside the Singapore Oceanarium. However, this is not allowed in the Marine Mammal Habitat area.

Security checks will be conducted on bags before entry into the facility.

Accessibility

• All public areas within the Singapore Oceanarium are accessible to wheelchair users.
• Some support regions may not accommodate wheelchairs due to stairs and lack of ramps; access might be restricted for guests with mobility challenges in these zones.

Crutches, strollers, and electric-powered devices aren't allowed in certain areas for the safety of all visitors.

Additional information

• Youths under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The ratio permitted is one adult to three children.
• The attraction welcomes guests aged four and older, with possible exceptions for toddlers who can walk independently in designated areas.
• During behind-the-scenes tours, participants are required to follow their guide's itinerary strictly.
• All visitors must dress appropriately at all times during the visit.
• A hand stamp along with a ticket is necessary if you wish to re-enter on the same day.

Free refreshments will be provided when participating in the Ocean in Focus program. Guests with specific dietary needs should inform staff ahead of time.
