- In support areas, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are prohibited.
- Pets (except registered service animals) aren't permitted. Personal items like handphones, wallets, jewellery, and accessories need to be stored in provided lockers for certain habitats.
Loose belongings must be secured before entering support areas due to safety concerns.
Accessibility
- The Singapore Oceanarium and the Research and Learning Centre's public spaces are wheelchair-friendly. However, some selected support areas may have stairs without ramps, limiting access.
Accessible restrooms can be found on-site for your convenience.
Additional information
- If you're under 18 years old, a paying parent or legal guardian must accompany and supervise you; the ratio is one adult to three children. Children younger than four need to walk independently for support area entry.
- Follow your guide's predetermined itinerary during activities like fossil excavation which may involve tools with risk of minor injuries.
