Smoking is not permitted. Inappropriate dress such as swimwear or overly revealing clothing and professional photo/video equipment without permission are also prohibited.

- The Wiggle Wiggle Single Experience Ticket includes one 30-minute rotation in a shared capsule featuring a surprise theme revealed at boarding. It also offers priority boarding, two SGD 10 discount vouchers for merchandise, and a photo strip discount voucher redeemable at Level 1's pop-up store.
- With the Double Experience Ticket, enjoy two separate 30-minute rotations with different themes in distinct capsules, each announced before your ride begins. Admission requires checking into the VIP Lounge (Level 1) ahead of time; re-registration is needed between rides for double ticket holders. All vouchers are collected at check-in.
- Use the HiFlyer app to explore nearby landmarks and cultural icons in AR, take themed photos, and earn rewards during your ride.

- The Singapore Flyer will extend its operating hours until 1am on 10 August 2025.
- Last boarding time: 12:30am.
