The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration - Control Measure in Lounge / Dining Area - • Please note that due to social distancing requirements, the seating capacity in the lounges may be limited• Lounge offerings have been simplified to reduce contact between guests and our team during the COVID-19 pandemic• To ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, self-service is currently unavailable. Guests will be required to place food and beverage orders with staff• Menu changes were made to adhere to COVID-safe protocols• Passengers can refer to the a la carte menu provided. Orders will be taken by the lounge attendant• Food and drink items will be served in disposable boxes and cups. The same procedure will be conducted if passengers have any requested or repeated orders- Shower Procedure - • Passengers can approach the front counter/desk to request entry to the shower facilities• Lounge attendants will escort the passenger into their designated shower facility. After the shower, the passenger can then either proceed to the lounge area or exit the lounge• The shower facilities will be disinfected after each use, following disinfecting protocol. Any amenities used will be removed and sent to dry cleaning facilities
