- The value of SIM Cards will expire after their stated validity period.
- Calls and SMS charges are calculated per minute block for both local and international communications.
- Included in the $30 hi!Tourist SIM Card is 3,000 minutes for local calls and 5,000 SMS over a span of 12 days. The $50 version offers these services for 15 days.
- You can extend the validity period of both $30 and $50 SIM Cards by topping up with either Main Account or Bonus Account funds. Note that hi!Tourist features like 100GB data expire after their respective durations (12 days/$30; 15 days/$50).
- There's a daily limit of free access to Facebook, LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp at 1GB for fair usage.
- To activate your SIM card, registration is required within seven days from collection. Failure to do so will render the SIM invalid.
- You can register up to three prepaid SIM cards per guest.
- Only individuals aged 15 and above may register a SIM card at the pickup location.
- The Singtel Shop in Jurong Point, located in West zone, will be closed for renovations from July 15 to August 5, 2024.
The Travelex Money Changer counter will not operate between July 16 and July 25, 2024.
