For example, if 2 tickets were purchased, both wristbands must be picked up together • All attendees are required to collect their wristbands at the registration counter• The Order No. is unique and valid for one person only• Wristband collection requires the presentation of a valid Order No. issued exclusively by Ticketmelon • Entry will be denied for any Order No. that is fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered with. Tickets acquired through secondary markets, unofficial resellers, or unverified platforms are not recognized, and the organizer assumes no liability for such tickets• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse wristband issuance and void any Order No. deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or inconsistent with the official database• To collect your wristband, please present your confirmation email or KKday voucher (if the confirmation email is unavailable): - Thai customers: Ticketmelon confirmation email (with Order No.) or KKday voucher + Thai ID card - Foreign customers: Ticketmelon confirmation email (with Order No.) or KKday voucher + original passport or a copy • Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable• Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced unless verified and approved by the Organizer• Replacement wristbands may be issued for a fee if verified as lost or unused, and the lost wristband will be deactivated immediately• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable• Entry is restricted to individuals 20 years or older.
