It will take a considerable amount of time to get to your assigned seat, so please give yourself plenty of time and come early. • Please view the exhibit within the designated area. • Viewing is only permitted in designated areas. Also, bringing in chairs or other objects is prohibited. • Tickets will be issued according to the capacity of the venue (4 tickets for a 4-seater seat). • Use of seats other than those provided is prohibited. • The use of open flames is prohibited within the area. • Please fold up parasols, tents, etc. before the fireworks start. • Please use desks etc. in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to other customers. • You may be asked to leave if you disrupt the progress of the tournament, cause trouble for others, or fail to follow the instructions of tournament staff, such as throwing objects within the tournament area. • The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to August 8th or 9th. Tickets will not be refunded even if the event is postponed. • Purchased tickets will not be refunded unless the event is canceled due to the organizer's circumstances. If the event is canceled due to the organizer's circumstances, a refund will be made minus a maximum of 50% handling fee. Please note that no compensation will be provided for travel expenses, etc. Furthermore, refunds will not be possible if the event is canceled midway through.• Preschool children (younger than elementary school students) do not need a paid seat ticket if they are sitting on a child's lap. If a seat is required for a preschool child, please purchase a ticket. • Parking is limited. We recommend using the advance reservation parking lot, shuttle bus or JR line. • The use of tripods and other equipment is prohibited, except when placed below head height while seated in the bleachers. • Please refrain from bringing pets into the venue (including pets in carriers or cages). • The area around the venue is separated into smoking and non-smoking areas.
