What to bring

• Bring your original passport or ID card on the day of the visit.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

• Carry a bottle of water and sun protection, especially during warmer months.

What’s not allowed

• Food and drinks are not included and may not be permitted inside certain areas of the Alhambra.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the Alhambra for security reasons.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Entry tickets to the Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces are included only if selected at the time of booking.

• Provide your full name, date of birth, and passport details if you select the option with Alhambra tickets included.

• The tour is available in English, French, Italian, and Spanish; a minimum of 4 people is required for a specific language. If not met, an alternative language, date, or a full refund will be offered.

• Age restrictions apply: Adults (12 years and older), Children (2–11 years), Infants (under 2 years).

• The tour duration is approximately 13 hours, with a return to Seville around 10pm.

• Multiple meeting points are available: 9:15am at Calle Trajano 6, 9:20am at Hotel Don Paco, and 9:30am at Calle Rastro 12A. Please arrive at your selected meeting point on time.
