Please note that outside food and drinks aren't allowed at this location—plan ahead accordingly. Also, bringing pets on this visit isn’t permitted.

Accessibility Features

The park is accessible to guests using wheelchairs or strollers. Rentals for these are available at the venue but follow a first-come-first-served basis. Some rides and attractions may not be suitable due to height restrictions, so keep that in mind when planning your visit. Availability of certain experiences might change during your time there. Guests with allergies should be cautious as some animals eat shellfish or fish—ask a park representative for more details on specific allergens.

Other Important Details

If you need to store belongings, lockers are available at a cost of AED 45. Children between the ages of 3 and 11 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit. For those with a 2-day pass, it needs to be used within nine months from purchase. After visiting one park, you’ll have six days to use your second entry. Some rides or shows might not be open when you’re there. You can check the shuttle schedule here. Multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will use face scanning to enter. To set this up, scan the QR code on your ticket and complete registration by entering personal details, accepting terms, and uploading a photo of your face.
