What’s Not Allowed in Shark Dive Xtreme and Seal Swim

In both experiences:

    Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.

    Specifically for Shark Dive Xtreme:

    • Guests must have medical clearance if they have or previously had conditions such as asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, neurobiological disorders, diabetes, chest issues (including pneumothorax), sinus problems, ear concerns or surgeries, high blood pressure, recent injuries, surgeries, or psychological conditions.
    • Alcohol consumption the night before is prohibited.
    • No flights are allowed within 12 hours post-dive.

    The minimum age for participation is 14; those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult also participating in the dive.

    Specifically for Seal Swim:

    • Guests with seafood allergies cannot participate.
    • Jewellery removal before swimming is mandatory, and wearing it during participation isn't allowed.
    • Poor swimmers or non-swimmers are not permitted to join the experience.
