You must wear footwear and shirts at all times. For the Penguin Passport experience specifically, it's essential to either wear or carry socks; not doing so may lead to cancellation of your tour.
What’s not allowed
- No smoking or drinking is permitted within the aquarium premises.
- Pets are generally not allowed due to venue restrictions, with an exception for guide dogs.
- Bringing weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, or any items that could cause injury is prohibited.
- Standing on railings, barriers, or structures is strictly forbidden.
- The Penguin Passport experience requires guests not to have contact with birds 24 hours prior to their visit.
- Jewellery, watches, mobile phones, and cameras are not allowed during the Penguin Passport experience.
