At SEA LIFE Bangkok, guests are not permitted to bring food, drinks, alcohol, weapons or smoke during the visit. Additionally, pets cannot accompany visitors due to venue rules.
The same restrictions apply at Madame Tussauds. You’ll need to leave behind any food, beverages, alcoholic items, weapons and avoid smoking while inside. Pets are also not allowed on this attraction. There’s an extra rule for younger guests—children under 15 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years old.

SEA LIFE Bangkok and Madame Tussauds both welcome visitors using wheelchairs or traveling with prams and strollers. Guide dogs are also permitted on site, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.

If you visit SEA LIFE Bangkok, remember that your ticket allows access to Madame Tussauds within 7 days of your first arrival. This combined pass is only available for non-Thai residents.
At SEA LIFE Bangkok, travelers under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. There are also scheduled performances to look out for: the Underwater Dragon Dance takes place at 2:30pm in the Shark Shipwreck Zone, while the Lion Dance happens three times a day—at 11:30am, 1:15pm and 3:45pm near the entrance.
For Madame Tussauds, children under two can enter for free. The last entry time is set for 7pm, so be sure to plan your visit accordingly.
