Depending on the ticket type you purchase, meeting points will be specified in your booking confirmation and include locations such as the Group Center, Ehrenhof Fountain (identified by a green umbrella), or Arrival Center at HOHO Bus Stop 30. Arrive between 10 to 15 minutes before tour start time; latecomers won't be accommodated.Tours are conducted in one language selected during booking. To ensure an intimate experience, group sizes are limited to 25 guests. Personal audio devices with headphones will be provided on-site, but you may bring your own if they have a 3.5 mm jack for connection.The gardens, main courtyard, fountains, Great Parterre, Roman Ruin, and public paths remain open during park hours. In extreme weather conditions, the garden visit might be substituted with an alternative activity. From November 8 to January 6, visitors will instead explore a local Christmas Market if outdoor access is restricted.Note that separate tickets are required for entering the Privy Garden, Orangery Garden, Maze, Labyrinth, and Gloriette viewing terrace, which close approximately 30 to 45 minutes before palace closure (between 3:30 pm and 6 pm depending on the season).Near the main gate, the Group Center offers free lockers, baby changing facilities, accessible toilets, and an ATM.
