Come prepared with a pair of comfortable shoes, as you'll be walking and climbing stairs while exploring the stadium and museum. It's also wise to have your phone fully charged or bring along a camera if you plan on taking personal photos at these locations.

Prohibited Items & Actions

Pets are not permitted in either the stadium or museum, nor can outside food and drinks be brought inside. Large suitcases cannot be carried as there is no storage facility available during your visit. Additionally, entry under the influence of any substance is prohibited. Smoking, drinking, using drones, selfie sticks, or tripods within these premises are not allowed.

Accessibility Details

The stadium and museum offer wheelchair access; however, note that the last floor of the stadium cannot be reached by elevator and isn't accessible for wheelchairs. The tour route includes several flights of stairs. Certified guide dogs with proper documentation are welcome at both locations.

Additional Information

The locker rooms and benches remain closed due to ongoing renovations, and there are no storage facilities available on site for luggage or wheelchairs because of security reasons. Be aware that the tour route may be altered owing to these renovation works or events taking place at the stadium; changes will be communicated at the entrance, ticket counter, or via the Real Madrid website. On match days, access is granted up to 5.5 hours before kickoff for both museum visits and panoramic views of the stadium. However, you won't have permission to enter the field during your tour. Children under five years old are admitted free with an adult companion.
