• Children above 40kg are not allowed on the attractions.
• Pets are not allowed except for service animals with valid identification.

• Service animals with valid identification for accessibility needs are allowed within the venue.

• Grip socks are mandatory for all children to ensure safety during play.
• One supervising adult is required for every two children from the same family.
• Guardians must be at least 18 years old to supervise children.
