- Guide dogs are welcome onboard. For details on service dog policies at Rottnest Island, an A-Class reserve, contact the island rangers for advice.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time if you have luggage or freight; those with e-tickets should proceed directly to boarding gates. Final Boarding occurs five minutes prior to departure after which gangways are removed.
- Bicycles must be collected and returned by an adult (18+) on the island, no later than closing time on that day.
