Guests below the height of 1.06m are prohibited from participating in the boat ride due to safety concerns.
Accessibility
- The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and those with prams or strollers.
- A range of mobility aids, including wheelchairs, strollers, and mobility scooters, are available on-site to assist children and guests who require them.
- Stroller rentals cost 15 SGD. Mobility scooter hire is priced at 20 SGD for the first three hours with an additional fee of 5 SGD per hour thereafter; wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.
- The Amazon River Quest Boat Ride requires guests to board independently without assistance.
- Wheelchair users cannot access the boat ride due to its design and nature.
This experience, involving moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, may not be suitable for pregnant women or individuals with motion sickness, dizziness, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, back/neck disorders, or impaired physical health.

- Please book your preferred date and timeslot through the following link after receiving your ticket: here.
- No changes to the selected time are allowed once confirmation is received via e-ticket with barcode.
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your booked timeslot. If capacity limits have been reached, you may need to wait for availability.
- The venue offers ATMs, lockers (5 SGD for the first three hours plus 1 SGD per additional hour), nursing stations, and prayer rooms.
- Guests can exit and re-enter during operational hours with a stamp from gantry staff as proof of entry on the same day.
- A supervising adult is required to accompany children between heights of 1.06m and 1.35m for the boat ride.
- Effective April 1, River Wonders operates from 9am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm).
- Giant Panda Exhibit: Open daily from 9:30am to 6pm.
- Amazonia Encounters: Available from 9:30am to 6pm each day.
The Amazon River Quest runs between 10am and 6pm (last entry at 5pm).
