What’s not allowed

• Strollers and suitcases cannot be brought inside and must be placed in the lockers provided.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, and any hazardous items are strictly forbidden.

• Flash photography, tripods, and laser pointers are not allowed. Non flash photography and video recording are permitted.

Accessibility

• The venue offers wheelchair access, except for the seating tribune in the Hall.

• Accessible restrooms are available, and two wheelchairs may be requested on site.

• Service dogs are welcome inside the venue.

• Seating is limited, with around 40 seats in the main exhibition area and several folding chairs available.

• Designated disabled parking spaces are provided. Visitors requiring assistance may request one complimentary companion ticket.

• Due to strong light effects, the experience may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy or sensitivity to visual stimulation. The exhibition relies heavily on sound and visual elements.

Additional information

• The immersive show runs for approximately 50 minutes, and guests may remain until the final presentation of the day.

• The program features a Dutch voice over accompanied by English subtitles.

• The experience is recommended for guests aged 6 years and older.

• Tickets are valid only for the selected time slot. Entry up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time is permitted, except for the final session of the day.

• The venue operates cashless payments only. Museumkaart, ICOM, and VriendenLoterij VIP cards are not accepted. Stadspas holders receive one complimentary exhibition visit per month and must redeem this on site. The NS and Fabrique des Lumières combination ticket is valid for a chosen date and time without requiring a separate time slot reservation.

• The venue is located at Pazzanistraat 37, 1014 DB Amsterdam.

• Tram 5 stops at Van Hallstraat or Westergasfabriek, approximately a 5-minute walk away. Tram 3 stops at Frederik Hendrikplantsoen, about an 18-minute walk. Bus 21 also stops nearby.

• The venue is roughly a 30-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal.

• Parking is available at Q Park Westergasfabriek, around a 10-minute walk from the venue.

• Facilities include a staffed cloakroom with lockers and an on-site shop. There is no café within the venue, though several restaurants are located nearby.
