The Hall of John of Luxembourg, located within the historic Minorite Monastery, is a beautifully preserved medieval ceremonial space closely tied to Bohemia’s royal past. Dating back to the early 14th century, the hall is named after John of Luxembourg, King of Bohemia and father of Emperor Charles IV, and was originally used for royal gatherings, important assemblies, and courtly functions connected to the nearby monastery and castle.
