Getting started:

Start with a hotel pickup, head to Pongyang for a safety briefing, then follow a fixed route based on your selected package. Mobile tickets are accepted for this experience.

What's not allowed:

• Large luggage and backpacks are not allowed on the activities due to weight constraints and safety reasons.

• Pets and service animals cannot tag along on this experience.

• Zipline activities cannot take longer than 2 hours.

Accessibility:

• This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible due to the uneven jungle terrain.

• This experience is not recommended for pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions such as high blood pressure and epilepsy

• This experience has a weight cap, people over 100 kg are not allowed to participate in zipline activities and people over 150 kg are not allowed to participate in jungle coaster.

Additional information:

• Open daily from 8:30am to 5pm. The last entry is at 4pm.

• Mobile tickets are accepted, show your voucher at Pongyang Jungle Coaster & Zipline

• Children under the age of 7 years old are not allowed to participate in this experience.

• Children between 7-12 need to present a consent letter from their parents or guardians.
