• The pass is valid for one person only on the day of purchase. It does not cover retail items, arcade games, or food & beverage services.
• Rides within Play DXB can be accessed just once per guest; repetition isn't permitted.
• Digital Gate Card fees amount to 5 AED for visitors at Play DXB and are non-negotiable.
• Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply across all attractions and rides.
• The minimum height requirement is over 120 cm for adults, while children must be under this limit.
• All children should have an adult or guardian accompany them during tours or attraction visits.

Height Requirements for Attractions

• Dubai Drone: Guests need to be at least 1.1 m (3.6 ft) tall; no maximum height restriction applies.
• Burj Drop: Minimum height is 1.0 m (3.3 ft). Children between 1.0 and 1.19 m (3.3 to 3.9 ft) must ride with an adult guardian, while those from 1.2 to 1.9 m (3.9 to 6.2 ft) can go alone.
• Speedway: A minimum height of 0.9 m (3 ft) is required. Children between 0.9 and 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) must have an adult guardian, whereas those from 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and above can ride independently.
• Paradrop: The minimum height requirement is set at 1.1 m (3.6 ft).
• Sphere: There are no height restrictions provided the VR headset fits securely on your head.
• Magic Bike: Guests must be a minimum of 0.9 m (3 ft) tall. Children between 0.9 and 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) need an adult guardian, while those from 1.2 m (3.9 ft) can ride alone.
• Play Zone: The minimum height is 0.95 m (3.1 ft). Children between 0.95 and 1.09 m (3.1 to 3.6 ft) require an adult guardian, while those from 1.1 to 1.5 m (3.6 to 4.9 ft) can go alone.
