Additional information

The pass is valid for one person on the same day only. It does not include retail or arcade games and F&B options. Each attraction at Play DXB can be accessed just once—repetition isn't allowed. A non-negotiable Digital Gate Card fee of 5 AED applies to visitors. Standard age, height, and weight restrictions are enforced across all attractions.For adults, the minimum height is over 120 cm, while for children it's under 120 cm. Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian during visits. Guardians are required in the soft play area and trampoline zone for guests between 0.9 m (3 ft) to a maximum of 1.4 m (4.6 ft).Parking is available at Reel Cinema, level 7.

Height requirements

Dubai Drone: Minimum height requirement is 1.1 m (3.6 ft); there's no maximum limit.

Burj Drop requires a minimum of 1.0 m (3.3 ft). Guests between 1.0-1.19 m (3.3 to 3.9 ft) need an adult guardian, while those from 1.2 to 1.9 m (3.9 to 6.2 ft) can ride alone.

Speedway: Minimum height is 0.9 m (3 ft). Guests between 0.9 and 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) must have an adult guardian, while those at or above 1.2 m (3.9 ft) can ride solo.

Paradrop has a minimum height of 1.1 m (3.6 ft).

Sphere: There are no specific height restrictions as long as the VR headset fits securely on your head.

Magic Bike requires guests to be at least 0.9 m (3 ft) tall, with those between 0.9 and 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) needing an adult guardian; individuals of 1.2 m (3.9 ft) or taller can ride alone.

Play Zone: Minimum height is 0.95 m (3.1 ft). Guests between 0.95 and 1.09 m (3.1 to 3.6 ft) require an adult guardian, while those from 1.1 to 1.5 m (3.6 to 4.9 ft) can ride alone.

Dune Bash: Minimum height requirement is 1.1 m (3.6 ft).

Flying Chair requires a minimum of 0.95 m (3.1 ft), with a maximum limit of 1.55 m (5.1 ft).

Stealth has a minimum height of 1.05 m (3.4 ft). Guests between 1.05 and 1.19 m (3.4 to 3.9 ft) need an adult guardian, while those at or above 1.2 m (3.9 ft) can ride alone.

Drifter: Minimum height is 1.1 m (3.6 ft). Guests between 1.1 and 1.19 m (3.6 to 3.9 ft) require an adult guardian, while those at or above 1.2 m (3.9 ft) can ride alone.

XD Dark Ride has a minimum height requirement of 0.95 m (3.1 ft), with no maximum restriction.
