- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved slot for timed entry; late arrivals will not be accommodated. If unavailable due to high demand, a new time within one hour of the original choice will be assigned.

- While Cathedral access is free, it requires a timed pass if visited without another ticket; this pass comes automatically with any Pisa Complex ticket that includes tower entry.
