Spectators shall bear legal liability for any personal injury or property damage caused to themselves or others due to their own negligence. The event organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action. • Please note that motorsport noise is quite loud. Earplugs are strongly recommended if you are seated closer to the track. If you are traveling with children, please be sure to provide them with ear protection to safeguard their hearing. • The event takes place in late October, when weather is hot and humid, recommending to wear light and comfortable clothing. • Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and rain gear (lightweight raincoat or umbrella) for sudden weather shifts. • As this is an outdoor event, adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning may cause delays, partial cancellations on the day, or interruptions/early termination of the event once commenced—regardless of cause. Ticket holders acknowledge and accept that refund or exchange requests cannot be made due to such circumstances. • All programs, facilities, services, and off-track activities will be announced later, subject to prevailing safe management measures. Bringing outside alcoholic beverages or hazardous items into the venue is prohibited. • Bringing knives, fireworks, pyrotechnics, air horns, laser pointers, glassware, megaphones, or any other flammable, explosive, fragile, or loud items, or any other objects or equipment that could be used as weapons, endanger public safety, harm others, or disrupt the event. • Bringing equipment capable of producing or transmitting content infringing on the event's intellectual property rights into the venue. • Engaging in any form of gambling using tickets, the competition, or its results as stakes. • Entering the venue while under the influence of psychoactive substances, or intoxicated. • Smoking outside designated times or areas, or moving outside ticket-designated zones or pathways.
