We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing like activewear, jeans, tracksuit pants, and fully enclosed shoes such as running or sports trainers.
What's not allowed
- This skydiving experience is limited to guests under 12 years old; parental consent is needed for those aged below 18.
- Safety restrictions apply: the activity isn't suitable for individuals weighing over 115 kg or under 40 kg, and participants must be approved by a Safety Officer. A surcharge applies if you weigh more than 95 kg.
- Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, or epilepsy cannot participate in this experience.
- If you've been scuba diving within the last 24 hours before your skydive, it's not recommended due to potential altitude and pressure effects on your body.
Abstain from drugs or alcohol for at least 8 hours prior to your jump.
Accessibility
- If you're over the age of 60, taking prescription medication, or have a recent injury or illness, consult with a doctor beforehand to ensure skydiving is safe for you.
You must disclose any recent injuries, surgeries, physical limitations, or mobility issues before participating in your jump.

- Contact lenses and glasses can be worn during the dive. You may choose to remove false teeth if desired; just remember there's a lot of loud cheering involved!
