• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience, except for guide dogs.

• Pushchairs and baby carriers with metal frames are not allowed inside the Château. However, you can bring a kangaroo bag or baby carrier without a metal frame for children under 1 year old.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.

Vaux-le-Vicomte

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Pushchairs and strollers are not allowed inside the château but are welcome throughout the rest of the estate.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience, except for guide dogs.

• This castle is accessible by wheelchair. The Diana and English Gardens are accessible. However, access to other gardens is challenging due to cobblestones.

• Wheelchairs on rent and a lift are available at the venue.

• Special toilets are located in the reception areas upon request from staff.

Vaux-le-Vicomte

• This experience is accessible by wheelchair.

• A disabled access ramp is available at the entrance, on the right of the large entrance gates.

• The toilets at the entrance are available for guests with reduced mobility.
