Please use the stairs to ascend from the 5th floor to the 8th floor and descend from the 8th floor to the 1st floor • Elevators are available for guests using wheelchairs or those with difficulty walking at Toyotomi Ishigakikan• Strollers are generally not allowed as the viewing space becomes narrower and very crowded on the upper floors at Osaka Castle Main Tower• Strollers can be checked in for free at the ticket gate. Please inform the gate staff• A stroller storage room is available at Toyotomi Ishigakikan for your convenience• Osaka Castle Main Tower offers seven wheelchairs for rent, available only within the building• Toyotomi Ishigakikan offers two wheelchairs for rent, available only within the building• Wheelchairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted• Staff proficient in foreign languages are available to assist with your questions and inquiries at all times• Free audio guide devices are available for rent in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese• Reception operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and all devices must be returned by 5:30 pm. Please be aware that rental items are subject to availability• Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors of Osaka Castle Main Tower, which display important cultural properties.
