• A commercial complex opened in 2016 to the east of the Atomic Bomb Dome • Hiroshima Hills offers a view of two World Heritage sites at the same time: Hiroshima Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and, on a clear day, Mount Misen on Miyajima. • "Orizuru Square" offers digital content themed around origami cranes, and visitors can experience dropping their own folded origami cranes into the glass "Orizuru Wall." • The Spiral Slope "Stroll Hill" is a nine-story spiral slope on the east side of the Orizuru Tower that allows you to walk up and down from the first floor to the rooftop observation deck in a leisurely manner. • There is a product hall that sells a variety of local specialties from all over Hiroshima Prefecture, as well as a permanent cafe where you can enjoy original menu items that focus on the flavors of Hiroshima and the Seto Inland Sea!
The rooftop observation deck is an observation space with a wooden deck covered in mesh all around, and is designed to allow the breeze to pass right through.
You can see two of Hiroshima's World Heritage sites at the same time: Peace Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and, on a clear day, Mount Misen on Miyajima.
There are various digital contents available, such as moving your body and operating the "origami crane" on the monitor.
In the center of the spiral slope "Sanpozaka" there is a series of slides in a spiral shape with a total length of about 70m. It is a very popular spot for everyone from children to adults!
On the wall there is a huge wall art exhibit depicting wishes for 100 years since the end of the war.
