• For the airport pick-up service, a grace period of 90 minutes is applied, starting from your flight arrival time. Meanwhile, for the airport drop-off service, a grace period of 15 minutes is applied, starting from the time of your reservation.

• Infants are considered as single passengers.

• Pets are permitted during airport transfers, however, they must remain inside a pet carrier while in the car.

• The passengers and luggage should not exceed the limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancellation of the service.

• You are allowed to check in upto 2 pieces of 20” luggage.
