What’s not allowed

• No large suitcases or oversized bags; travel light is necessary.
• Fold strollers and store them during boarding. Children should be carried aboard.
• You cannot bring outside food or beverages, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase on board.
• Pets are not allowed except service animals.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including e-cigarettes.

Accessibility

Limited mobility services include early boarding and river-level drop-off for guests with accessibility needs. However, full wheelchair access may not be available on all vessels. Please contact staff in advance if you require assistance.

• Cruises operate rain or shine, and tickets are non-refundable for no-shows.

• Open-air seating is guaranteed but unassigned; seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
