Accessibility

• The helicopter terminal and facilities are wheelchair accessible, with staff available to assist during boarding.

• Guests using collapsible wheelchairs can board with assistance; however, powered scooters may need prior arrangement.

• Children under 2 don’t require tickets but must sit on the lap of an adult.

• The weight limit is 275 pounds or 125 kg per passenger; passengers who weigh more than this or close to this may have to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate their weight.

• The helicopter does not fly over Manhattan itself, but up the Hudson, beside Manhattan.
