- Cable cars and the Funicular are accessible for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users, and pregnant women.
- The Alpine Zoo has many paths and exhibits near the entrance that accommodate wheelchair users; however, certain areas can be quite steep.
- Pets or guide dogs are not permitted within the premises.

Seegrube Cable Car Schedule
- From October to May: Open daily between 8:30am and 5:30pm, running every 15 minutes.
During June through September: Operational from 8:30am until 6:30pm with similar frequency.
Hafelekar Cable Car Timetable
- In the months of October to May, services run daily between 9am and 5pm at intervals every 15 minutes.
From June through September: Available from 9am until 6pm with departures every 15 minutes.
Alpine Zoo Hours
- November to March: Open daily from 9am to 5pm, last entry at 4pm.
April through October: Operating hours are from 9am until 6pm with the final admission at 5pm.
