• Cable cars and Funicular are suitable for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users and pregnant women.

• Most paths and exhibits in the Alpine Zoo, especially those close to the entrance, are accessible to wheelchair users but some parts of the zoo area are quite steep.

• Pet dogs/guide dogs not allowed.

• Wi-Fi and parking available.
