For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to use this facility. • Individuals using assistive devices (wheelchairs, crutches, strollers) • Preschool children - Children under 110cm tall (elementary school students must be accompanied by someone of middle school age or older) • Individuals with severe physical or mental disabilities or illnesses • People who have difficulty walking on their own・Those who are not in perfect health・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant People who are extremely uncomfortable in dark or enclosed spaces • People who have been drinking - Those bringing in items that may disrupt the performance or are dangerous.・Others whom the staff deems unable to participate (For example, customers who do not listen to staff instructions or who engage in behavior that disturbs other customers.) ■Please review the following before participating. No refunds will be given if you retire or leave the event due to your own reasons. If any violence or other trouble occurs, you will be immediately removed from the premises and the police will be notified. Please do not run inside the facility as it is dark. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited. Rental shoes are available if you do not have comfortable shoes. Please arrive at the reception desk 10 minutes before your scheduled experience time. If you are late, you may not be able to participate in the experience, so please allow ample time for your visit.・You cannot bring suitcases. Please leave them in the lockers during the experience. If we determine that you are not following the organizer's rules, we may refuse your entry or ask you to leave the event. ■Regarding being late for your appointment If you are late for your appointment ➡Please contact the ninja experience facility as soon as possible. ➡If you are late for your appointment, we may change it to a different available time slot. However, depending on the impact on other participants and booking status, it may not be possible to have the experience on the same day. - If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment ➡We may consider this as an unauthorized cancellation. ➡If you repeatedly arrive late without notice, we may refuse your next reservation.
