Getting started

Depending on the option you select, you’ll either make your own way to the pier or be collected from your Cairo or Giza hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival, your guide will escort you past the check-in lines and directly onto the cruise. Simply present your mobile voucher and photo ID for quick validation, followed by a brief security check for a smooth and safe boarding experience.

• Pickup will take place 45–90 minutes before departure based on your selected location. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your experience.

• Please note: During Ramadan 2026 (23 Feb–19 Mar), cruise timings are 6pm (sunset cruise) and 8pm (late dinner cruise) with pickup 45-60 minutes prior; no dancers throughout Ramadan.
