What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at check-in.

• Wear comfortable clothing and secure footwear suitable for a boat ride.

• For Wet Jet rides, bring a change of clothes and a towel, as you will get soaked.

• It is recommended to bring a light jacket or windbreaker for the Dry Jet ride.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on board.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

• Pets or any other animals (including service animals) are not permitted.

• All seating is at the discretion of the Captain & Crew; guests who do not meet requirements will not be permitted to ride.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Wet Jet seats have a minimum height requirement of 44″ (112 cm); children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3-4 rows.

• Dry Jet seats require guests to be at least 40″ (102 cm) tall; children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3–4 rows.

• Wet Jet tour is for those who are at least 13 years old and 100 lbs.

• Those who are pregnant are not permitted to participate.

• The experience is not recommended for anyone with a history of osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries.

• Tour schedules vary daily based on weather and demand.

• Children will be measured on-site to ensure they meet the minimum height requirement.

• Meals, tips/gratuities, and transportation to the departure location are not included.

• All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.
