📌 Precautions before purchasing• The age limit for viewing the performance is 24 months or older. Even if you bring a child to the performance, you must have one ticket per person.• Children under 24 months old are not permitted to enter, regardless of whether they have a ticket or are accompanied by a parent. They must bring proof of their date of birth (medical insurance card, passport, resident registration copy, etc.). Entry will be restricted if you do not attend.• For an enjoyable and safe viewing, we recommend that you enter with a guardian.• The ticket booth opens 1 hour before the performance starts.• Ticket booth operating hours may vary depending on on-site conditions.• If you cannot provide proof of discount conditions for the ticket type you have reserved, you must pay the difference based on the regular price on site.• Entry to the auditorium is possible 20 minutes before the start of the performance.• Admission may be restricted after the performance begins, and depending on seating conditions, you may be assigned to a delayed seat other than the seat you purchased. Refunds are not possible for late admission.• Due to the nature of this performance being a stage performance, there may be an intermission or delay due to technical problems during the performance.• Taking photos/videos is not allowed during the performance. However, photography is only allowed during the curtain call.• For safety reasons, photography on stage is prohibited.• The performance hall is a semicircular stage with tiered seating. Please keep this in mind when making reservations. 📌 Refund Information• Cancellations, refunds, and changes are absolutely not possible on the day of the performance.• If you cancel your reservation before the viewing date, a fee may be charged according to the refund policy of each reservation office.• If you leave during the performance, no refund is possible, so please make a purchase decision carefully considering your child's performance viewing preferences.• There is no cancellation fee if you refund within 7 days of booking. 📌Parking information• If you are unable to see the show on the day or give up the show due to parking or transportation difficulties, reservations cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.• Due to the location of the venue, it may be difficult to access nearby vehicles, so we recommend using public transportation.• Free parking is available for 3 hours upon confirmation of viewing the performance. (When parking up to the 3rd basement level)
